As a client, you’ll place your Gig directly into our system. The carefully selected Talents immediately receive a notification of the assignment and can register directly. With one press of a button, you can easily select the right Talents for your Gig.
How does it work?

1Sign up.If you have an event or assignment and are looking for Talented hosts, hostesses, operating personnel, models, promotional & sales staff, This Talent Works is the place to be!

2Upload your Gig.Once you’ve registered your event in our system, our Talents receive a notification of your event and can register immediately.

3Choose your Talent.You can now view your Talent pool and select the Talents that make up the best fit for your brand or company! You will be able to base this decision on our rating system.

4Send your briefing.Now that you’ve found your team, you can send them your call sheet. This informs the Talents about the details of your event, like exactly when and where they need to be.

5Give your Talents a rating.Once the event has ended, you have the option to give the Talents a rating and add them to your personal ‘Favourites’. This allows you to give the best Talents a better chance at another job and you can even re-book the same Talents for your next event.

6Receive your invoice.You will receive an invoice from us based on the validated hours.
